Picnic

CAIP held their 6th Annual Summer Picnic for ChildS.H.A.R.E.; this year on June 26th at the New Hope Chapel in Los Feliz. There were 28 families in attendance with ;74 kids and;40 volunteers.When not playing tug-o-war or targeting each other with water balloons, our families and volunteers were able to enjoy a petting zoo, moon bounce, arts and crafts and face painting. On site for lunch was the delicious taco catering service from the local Lety's Mexican Restaurant. Also making an apperance were some of the local firefighters bringing with them THREE trucks this year! In addition to hosting the picnic, CAIP donated $2,500 to ChildS.H.A.R.E.  We were excited about this year's turnout and everyone had a wonderful time. Special thanks to our volunteers from the insurance industry - Layna Kephart (AmWins) and Amanda Tinoco (Markel). We look forward to making the event even bigger and better next year!
